Our Fulbridge Social Care Induction Course covers our Internal Workers Rights & Responsibilities. The course has been created to ensure all staff are aware of their employment rights in accordance to the REC and government legislation when working for an agency within the care sector. This course ensures all staff are completely aware of their legal entitlements, responsibilities and company processes. 

Our courses have been created so they can be undertaken on your computer, tablet or phone. All our courses have been developed to be simple and efficient for our users to discover, start and complete. Once you have chosen a course, created a profile, you are then ready to start.

Within this course there are 6 individual lesson plans to learn at your own time with no time-limits so once you are confident that you know the subject then you can take the test which is on a multiple-choice platform. All courses require an 100% pass rate. When you pass your course, an accredited certificate is emailed to you and then placed into your profile account, so that you can access it at any time.
